On 12 May 2021, Alevtina Mulina, a postgraduate student at the Department of Ecology and Environmental Protection Technologies, took part in the seminar ‘European Standards of Quality in Higher Education in the Context of International Accreditation’! The event was co-organised and attended by Alfred Nobel University (Ukraine), the Central Agency for Evaluation and Accreditation (ZEvA) (Germany), and the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (Ukraine). The aim of the seminar was to promote the integration of Ukraine’s higher education system into the European Higher Education Area and to facilitate the exchange of experience among leading higher education institutions with a view to improving internal quality assurance systems. During the seminar, a wide range of issues was discussed from the perspective of both accreditation agencies and higher education institutions. Upon completion of the seminar, Alevtina Mulina received a certificate confirming: her acquisition of knowledge regarding the importance and improvement of the internal quality assurance system in higher education and the process of international accreditation; familiarisation with the main components of European quality standards for higher education in the context of international accreditation, as well as familiarisation with the experience of leading higher education institutions regarding the improvement of internal quality assurance systems and the process of international accreditation. ![]() |
