-        1999—2010 — chief state sanitary doctor of Dnipropetrovsk region.

-        In 2010 and 2011, he held the position of First Deputy Minister of Health and Chief State Sanitary Doctor of Ukraine

-        a doctor of the highest category, an honored doctor of Ukraine, a correspondent member of the Ukrainian Ecological Academy of Sciences, a member of the Union of Journalists of Ukraine. Awarded the Order of Merit of the III degree, certificates of honor of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Scientific potential

In recent years, 4 monographs, 36 articles and 10 methodological recommendations have been published. Took part in 10 scientific and practical conferences.
