Volodymyr Tur (born 1989) is a thermal power engineer by education.

2015 — received a bachelor's degree in "Heat and Power Engineering" at the Dnepropetrovsk National University of Railway Transport named after academician V. Lazaryan.

2016 — received a specialist's degree in "Heat and Power Engineering" at the Dnepropetrovsk National University of Railway Transport named after academician V. Lazaryan. The topic of the thesis is "The project of for the reconstruction of social infrastructure boiler railways".

2025 — received a master's degree in "Environmental protection technology" at the Dnipro University of Technology. The topic of the thesis is "Enhancing the Energy and Environmental Safety of Mining and Metallurgical Enterprises at Zakhidno-Donbaska Mine".

In October 2025, he entered the postgraduate program of Dnipro University of Technology in the specialty "Environmental Protection Technology". The topic of the dissertation research: "Justification of the eco-technology of phytopellets for the restoration of technogenically degraded lands". The proposed technology will contribute to the reduction of the volume of waste of bioorganic origin through its reuse for reclamation purposes.
