Vadym Yuriiovych Lepishko.

PhD Student at the Department of Ecology and Environmental Protection Technologies, Dnipro University of Technology. From 2016 to 2020, he studied at the Mining and Electromechanical College of Kryvyi Rih National University, where he obtained a Junior Specialist qualification in Software Development. From 2020 to 2023, he studied at the National Aerospace University "Kharkiv Aviation Institute", where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering.

From 2024 to 2025, he continued his education at the National Aerospace University "Kharkiv Aviation Institute" and obtained a Master's degree in Software Engineering, further expanding his knowledge in the design of complex information systems, modern software development methodologies, and data processing. He began his professional career in information technology while still pursuing his education.

He has over six years of practical experience in software development, including the development of backend components for complex information systems, business process automation, large-scale data processing, and software system integration. Since September 2021, he has been working as a Software Engineer at the international IT company Unilime Group. His primary professional focus is the design, development, and improvement of complex software systems used in the logistics industry worldwide.

His responsibilities include working on international projects, analyzing complex technological processes, and developing effective approaches to their optimization. Teaching experience represents another important aspect of his professional background. He has worked as a private programming tutor for children and teenagers, helping students master the fundamentals of algorithms, logical thinking, and the development of their own software projects. His teaching experience has strengthened his ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible manner, apply individualized teaching approaches, and organize effective learning processes. In 2026, he enrolled in the PhD program at Dnipro University of Technology, specializing in G2 "Environmental Protection Technologies", with the aim of combining his extensive experience in information technology with scientific research in environmental safety and environmental protection.

His primary motivation for choosing this new research field was the desire to apply modern digital technologies to address pressing environmental challenges in Ukraine, particularly those caused or intensified by military activities. His research interests include the application of machine learning, artificial intelligence, remote sensing, geographic information systems (GIS), and intelligent analysis of large datasets for environmental monitoring, ecological risk assessment, and the development of technologies aimed at reducing human impact on natural ecosystems.

He pays particular attention to the potential of satellite data, automated monitoring systems, and predictive mathematical models for identifying environmentally hazardous processes, assessing the condition of natural resources, and supporting environmental decision-making. He considers the development of integrated technological approaches that combine environmental research, digital modeling, and intelligent data processing to be a promising direction for improving the effectiveness of environmental protection measures. His professional and scientific goal is to develop innovative technological solutions in the field of environmental protection that can be practically applied to environmental restoration and the improvement of ecological safety in Ukraine.

In the future, he plans to combine scientific research with teaching at higher education institutions, contributing to the education and training of a new generation of specialists capable of effectively applying modern information technologies to solve environmental challenges.
