📍 The meeting took place at the German Emissions Trading Authority (DEHSt) within the Federal Environment Agency (UBA), Germany 🇩🇪

👩‍🔬 Olena Matukhno joined the meeting as a guest researcher on behalf of the German team, highlighting the important role of academia in international expert dialogue 🌐

💬 The discussion focused on:
• development of monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV) systems for greenhouse gases 📊
• implementation of emissions trading system in Ukraine ♻️
• application of German experience and European approaches 🇪🇺
