🎓 Representatives of the Department of Ecology and Civil Protection took part in the 2nd International Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists, Postgraduates, and Students “Youth Science: Innovations and Global Challenges”, held at the National University “Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic.”

The team attended the event as part of an official university delegation 🤗

🌿 Assistant , PhD Pavlo Lomazov delivered a plenary presentation entitled “Assessment of the Impact of Emissions from Motor Vehicles and Portable Generators on Urban Air Quality.”

🌱 Anastasiia Balaniuk presented her research “Environmental Risks of Industrial Waste Dumps and the Importance of Reclamation: The Case of the ‘Petrovskyi’ Dump of PJSC ‘CGOK’, Kryvyi Rih.”

🍃 Volodymyr Tuboltsev, a 4th-year undergraduate student, gave a report on “Prospects for the Use of Biofuels Based on FAME Biodiesel in Ukraine’s Transport Sector: EU Experience and Implementation Challenges.”

💬 All reports were engaging and sparked lively discussions among the conference participants.

🔬 After the event, participants were given a tour of Poltava Polytechnic’s laboratories, where they explored modern equipment, innovative facilities, and the warm academic atmosphere of the university.
