🌿 OUR FACULTY MEMBERS AND STUDENTS ARE AMONG THE FUTURE PUBLIC ENVIRONMENTAL INSPECTORS! 💚

We are delighted to share some great news! Three representatives of our Department have been selected to participate in the training course for public environmental inspectors implemented by the NGO SaveDnipro! 👏🌍

The selection was highly competitive: from more than 300 applications, only 100 participants representing 22 regions of Ukraine and Kyiv were selected. 🎯

We are proud that among them are:

🌱 Pavlo Lomazov — Associate Professor at our Department;

🧬 Nataliia Ryndina — third-year student;

🎓 Sofiia Krysina — 2026 graduate of our Department.

An intensive and highly practical programme lies ahead, covering environmental legislation and the powers of public inspectors, identification and documentation of environmental violations, preparation of relevant documents, and cooperation with the State Environmental Inspectorate and public authorities. 📚🔎⚖️

Most importantly, the programme provides an opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills needed to contribute to real public environmental oversight in Ukrainian communities and regions. 🌳💧

It is especially meaningful for us to see a faculty member, a current student, and a graduate of our Department participating in the same initiative. This is a wonderful example of environmental education going beyond the university classroom and becoming a commitment to protecting the environment and taking action. 💚
