Olena Matukhno, Associate Professor at the Department of Ecology and Environmental Protection Technologies, Dnipro University of Technology, has successfully completed the professional programme “Business Climate Strategy: Risks, Adaptation, Benefits” offered by the Professional Association of Environmentalists of the World (PAEW) and achieved the maximum score in the final Climate Olympiad, held in June–July 2026! 🥇👏

This outstanding achievement was confirmed by a Certificate of Excellence issued by PAEW on 10 August 2026. 📜✨
🌍 The programme focused on highly relevant areas of modern climate action:
🌡️ developing business climate strategies;
📊 assessing climate-related risks;
🌱 adapting to climate change;
♻️ decarbonisation and low-carbon transformation;
💡 identifying new business opportunities arising from the climate transition.

A particularly valuable aspect of the programme was its combination of theoretical knowledge with a practical understanding of how climate challenges and risks can be transformed into concrete management decisions for businesses.
