Our environmental science student Alexander Chirkov took part in the Dubai Para-Badminton International 2018 international para-badminton competition! 

In autumn 2017, the project ‘Disability is not a sentence!’ was launched, aimed at supporting the Ukrainian Paralympic movement and people with disabilities. During this time, the first All-Ukrainian badminton championship for people with disabilities was held. In addition, athletes began training last year.

Thanks to the persistent work of the coaching staff led by Dmytro Zozulia and the determined athletes Alexander Chirkov, Ivanna Redka, and Andriy Zaitsev, the para-badminton players were able to travel to the Dubai Para-Badminton International 2018 international para-badminton competition in April.
