On December 21, 2017, Artem Pavlichenko, Head of the Department of Ecology and Environmental Protection Technologies, gave a lecture on the topic: " ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGIES: OBSTACLES AND INCENTIVES FOR IMPLEMENTATION".

The event was organized by the Open Knowledge NGO with the support of Liubov Chernova at the Dnipro Central City Library.

The following important issues were discussed during the event:

1. The main factors hindering the implementation of environmental technologies.

2. Environmental technologies: cost and efficiency of implementation.

3. How to stimulate business and population to implement eco-technologies?

4. The role of education, science and media in the implementation of environmental technologies and measures.

The event was attended by students, scientists, public activists, business representatives, as well as citizens who are not indifferent to the problems of ecology and nature conservation for future generations.
