On December 2, 2015, the Department of Ecology of the National University of Kyiv hosted the section “Environmental Problems of Regions” of the Third All-Ukrainian Scientific and Technical Conference “Youth: Science and Innovation”.

The students of the universities of I-II accreditation levels take an active part in the work of the section. Students of technical schools and colleges from Dneprodzerzhinsk, Pavlohrad and Dnipropetrovs'k presented reports on environmental problems of technologically loaded regions. During the conference, master ecologists tested their research findings in the course of their master's theses.
