On January 16, 2014, the Department of Ecology during the scientific seminar in the specialty 21.06.01 - ‘Environmental Safety’ heard the report of the dissertation work of the assistant of the Department of Ecology of Donetsk State Technical University Oleksandr Bokiy on ‘Improving the environmental safety of mine natural and industrial systems by reducing methane emissions from intensively developed formations’ (supervisor - Ph, Professor V.K. Kostenko, DonNTU). The dissertation work of O.B. Bokii is recommended for further defence at the Specialised Council.
